Accessibility Statement
Apex Capital Mortgage, LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone. This statement describes our current conformance status, known limitations, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.
Our Commitment
Apex Capital Mortgage, LLC believes that everyone deserves equal access to financial tools and information. We are actively working to ensure that this website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control software, and screen magnifiers.
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We conduct periodic reviews of our pages, test with assistive technologies, and incorporate accessibility into our design and development process.
Conformance Status
Our current conformance status with WCAG 2.1 Level AA is partial. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively identifying and addressing gaps.

Measures We Have Taken
To support accessibility, Apex Capital Mortgage, LLC has taken the following measures:
- Included a visible skip-to-main-content mechanism so keyboard users can bypass the navigation and reach the main page content directly
- Used semantic HTML5 elements (
main, nav, section, header, footer) throughout the site to provide a logical document structure - Maintained color contrast ratios at or above WCAG AA minimums (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components) using a rigorously checked design token system
- Sized all interactive elements to a minimum 44 by 44 CSS pixel touch target area
- Provided descriptive
alttext for all informative images; decorative images are marked witharia-hidden="true" - Made all form inputs on the loan application page programmatically associated with visible labels and supported by meaningful error messages
- Applied focus-visible styles so keyboard users can always see which element has focus
- Respected the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query; all animations and transitions are suppressed for users who have this preference set - Included
lang="en"on the root HTML element so screen readers can use the correct pronunciation profile
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known or anticipated limitations include:
- Interactive calculator: The mortgage payment calculator on the Calculators page uses a custom range slider. While it includes ARIA labels and keyboard support, the slider experience on some screen reader/browser combinations may differ from a standard input. We are evaluating a fully accessible alternative input path.
- Third-party embeds: Any third-party embedded tools or widgets (for example, chat or scheduling tools) may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA in full, as their accessibility conformance is outside our direct control. We select vendors who publish accessibility conformance reports (ACRs) where available.
- PDF documents: PDF disclosures and forms linked from this site may not all be fully tagged for assistive technologies. We are working to remediate existing PDFs and will produce accessible versions for all new documents.
We are working to resolve these limitations. If you encounter an issue not listed here, please let us know.
